Meet the founders

Emily is the founder of South Florida Select Softball and the head softball coach at Cardinal Gibbons High School, bringing elite playing experience and a deep passion for athlete development to everything she does.

A proud South Florida native, Emily played NCAA Division I softball for five years, earning her undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and her master's from Liberty University.

Having lived the recruiting process firsthand, she saw a real need for more exposure and genuine opportunities for talented South Florida athletes. This camp bridges that gap — a place where players are seen, challenged, and guided toward competing at the collegiate level.
